This heavy-duty tire swivel works on 2 3/8” O.D. schedule 40 pipe framed swing sets. It has a heavy-duty universal joint with a rubber boot and comes in red. ½” carriage bolt and nut are included.  It hangs down 10 1/4″ from the pipe.
